  • Box Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold again for 4. Repeat this cycle 5-10 times.
  • Body Scan Breathing: As you breathe deeply, mentally scan your body from head to toe, noticing where you feel tension. As you exhale, imagine releasing that tension.

This technique is particularly effective for emotions stored in the chest, shoulders, and abdomen.


Sound Healing: Vibrations That Clear Emotional Blockages

Sound healing works by using frequencies to balance and harmonize your energy.
